Nandos has been highly recommended by new Londoner friends. We have Nandos back home and it’s quite good but wow I can agree the uk Nandos hit different! Chicken is juicy and succulent. I was with my sister to celebrate Valentine’s Day Shamima always being a very polite and always make sure we’re happy with what we ordered, she is very friendly.
Delicious chicken served quickly and with friendly service (thanks Shamima!). The Halloumi sticks are also great. It's not the cheapest place, and you have to fetch your own cutlery and napkins, but I keep coming back either way.
Islington Nandos one one of my favourite one in London due to their service, athmosphere and food. However, the lady name Shamima is who made my experience exceptionally good. She is very friendly and went that extra mile to make make sure I have everything... She should be promoted! ;)
sometimes staffs are standing around while tables need clearing and floor area dity, while your eating some staffs started to sweeping, not nice, and spraying the tables, need to spray on a cloth then wipe the tables down, sweeping need to do when customers are leaving the restaurant, so it's clean for the next customers, staffs needs to be on point with different questions with customers, good music playing always nice to listen to it
This is my local nandos, and I have to say it’s really improving. Wait times were low and no trouble with the food. Shamima sat us down initially and was so friendly and nice, we love her!
